Will you help me get started?
Of course! During your start-up period, our leadership will direct a step-by-step training program teaching you everything you need to know to get your HouseWall franchise up, running and profitable, quickly!
How much will my initial investment be?
You'll need an estimated $135,000 and $168,000, depending on what elements you might already have in place (warehouse, trucks, fork lift, computers).
Does the initial start up cost include a franchise fee?
Yes, it includes a minimum $15,000 franchise fee for your initial exclusive market territory. Additional territories would be calculated at the rate of $.75 per 'system standard' households (single-family homes, with garages and a value of at least $250,000).
How long does it take to get started?
On average, a HouseWall Franchise can be up and running within 3 weeks of the completion of our training program.
What territories are currently available?
Interest in HouseWall Garage System franchises is rapidly building. However, most states have territories still available to you.
Is the market 'right' for selling HouseWall Garage Systems?
Yes! In fact, as 'the last frontier of home improvement projects' for many, maximizing space usage and getting organized in the garage is the new priority for many homeowners. There's also great potential to sell to new homebuyers through our builder and realtor programs!
What does the HouseWall Garage System include?
Our proprietary HouseWall paneling is the base of our system, providing a heavy duty groove system on which to hang any of our more than 50 accessory items. Together, these components allow our customers to hook, hold, hang or hide just about anything they want to store in their garage! Our system also features steel-reinforced cabinets, ceiling-mounted lofts and durable vinyl flooring to complete the garage transformation.
Does HouseWall Garage System have a warranty?
Yes. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty leads the industry!
How long does it take to install a HouseWall Garage System?
Most installs are completed in just one day, so our customers are already using and enjoying their 'new garage' that night!
